Blog Issue Resolved
To our loyal readers: We think the non-delivery blog issue has been resolved with the company that actually sends them out. If you are an active subscriber, you should now begin receiving the blogs every day.
In the process we learned a lot about the company’s email policies. For example, we have to pay for EVERY email that is sent, even if you don’t open it, or you have a different email address and don’t use that one anymore, or if you, God forbid, died, and forgot to take down your email before you departed.
Many of you have told us that you save up our blog emails and read them at the end of the week. WE don’t care when you read them but if you don’t open them after you have received five, the company (not us) places you on the inactive list. That doesn’t mean you are deleted (at least we don’t think it does, we are a little confused about that) but just keep that in mind if all of a sudden you stop receiving blogs. They tell us you can reactivate by just opening one of them.
We realize that if you are NOT getting emails from us, you won’t get this one either, so I don’t know what to tell you. If you are not getting blogs and you have an interest in Lawrence County history, then just resubscribe I guess. We are not tech experts (ie. teenagers) but we are doing the best we can. Thank you for your patience and your passion for Lawrence Lore. Donna lawrencelore@gmail.com
