1962-1977: Montgomery Ward Catalog Service Store operated at this location. Louis and Virginia Strange were the owners.
1924-1965: Patrick Drug Store was owned by Thomas S. Patrick. There was a soda fountain in the building, and when it was removed, newspapers and magazines were sold. In December of 1947 a new front to the building was installed.
1910? -1923: George I. Nunn owned the Nunn Drug Store. At the back of the store, Joseph Beemer managed a music store that carried pianos, violins and other instruments. Customers also could find Victrolas and phonographs there. Joseph was the father of Brace Beemer who later became famous as the voice of the Lone Ranger on the radio in 1932.

1959: The Post Office listed Dr J. J. Matricia as being located at this address but at other times his address was given as #711.
1933-1956: G. C. Cochran and Son purchased the D.R. Fish & Son Insurance Agency on Dec 21, 1933. The sale included the fixtures, agency connections and good will.
1910-1933: L. B. Fish, Esq. was located over the Nunn Drug Store. D. R. Fish and Sons, Loan Business as well as D. R. Fish and Son Real Estate Dealers were also located in this building.
